	Multi-Rater Feedback Processes are our forté. They're why we started this company. We provide an external site for your employees to participate in your process. We are also more than happy to provide an external site for your employees or customers to participate in your ongoing or one-time survey. Updates, additional participants, and modifications to the survey are part of the package. Both of these services are designed around your Organization's needs. We customize our system to provide the reports that you want (although we have many statistical reports already available). 	As the name implies, el.en.i web site hosting & design is about designing and hosting web sites from our location. Since our primary focus is on designing and hosting our customers' Multi-Rater Feedback web sites and protecting our bandwidth for them, we tend to be kind of selective with what sites we will or will not host. usability review
	Our primary experience with the internet has been designing web sites from an usability perspective. Without a usable interface, your users (customers, employees, partners, etc.) will not access your system whether it be a web site for advertising or for accessing some legacy system. Of course, if you're the only thing they get. . . If this is the case, you better expect some competition in the near future! We are available for giving a Usability Review of your web site or software design. Since this is a secondary service that we are offering, we promise that if we cannot handle your request we will attempt to find another consultant that will. We hang out with these kind of people on a regular basis!
