Hey guys, can I suggest a name change? Instead of Spider Monkey, try Spank the Monkey.

Aside from the guitar assault of one Garrett Coleman, the album really doesn't impress much. Its energetic, yeah, and you can mosh to it, but when the lyrics are borrowed from children's songs (anyone remember the "Hokie-Pokie") I just gotta say nay.

I did hear that their show at The Bayou, in Virginia Beach, was good. I guess taste in music is a very subjective thing.
